In short, TRIL Travels works as an independent contractor for a wide variety of travel suppliers. We help you plan your trip by doing the research, making the proposals, taking payments, answering questions, and ensuring that you are prepared to travel. In turn, the suppliers pay us a percentage of what you spend, so it doesn’t cost you anything extra. By working with us instead of directly with a supplier (such as Carnival Cruise line or Collette Tours), you’re supporting a small business and helping to keep costs low for both yourself and the supplier.

What types of travel experiences can be booked with TRIL Travels?
If you are looking to book a cruise or group tour, you've come to the right place! For other types of trips, feel free to reach out. If your request is outside our scope, in most cases, we can refer you to another trusted Travel Agency. However, please be aware that some travel options are not available through travel agencies. This is because certain suppliers (such as AirBNB) only deal with customers directly. Some travel agencies may charge fees in order to provide more options. At this time, TRIL Travels is committed to providing travel services for free; rest assured that you will not receive any fees from us.
Can I cancel or modify my booking after making a reservation?
Often you can cancel or modify your booking, but the terms and conditions vary depending on the hotel or tour operator. Some suppliers may charge a fee for cancellations or modifications, while others may not offer any refund. It is very important that you read through the booking terms and conditions before making any reservations.
Do I need travel insurance?
It's highly recommended that you get travel insurance for your trip to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances, such as flight cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. We would be happy to assist you with your travel insurance purchase. For answers to specific questions about travel insurance, we will connect you with the provider.
